For those of you that carry conversational retail traffic on your system and desire to move the dialer traffic off of your system:
SOLO Telecommunications, in cooperation with proleneä, wishes to offer you the ability to remove unwanted Dialer traffic from your system and place it with SOLO Telecommunications for termination.
DIALER REDIRECT Features:
- Handles 250,000 calls per second
- Proleneä's proprietary algorithms detect special types of traffic
- Detects Dialer calls
- Dialer Inhibition completely stops the call or diverts the Dialer traffic to SOLO Telecommunications
- Parameters control the sensitivity of classifying a call as Dialer
- Only the 1st call gets through, all future calls of the same number will be diverted
- Your White List allows for ANIs that you identify to circumvent Dialer Inhibition
- Minimizes port usage and call processing on your network
- Greatly improves your ASRs
- Allows you to now procure customers having a mix of conversational and Dialer traffic
A call is determined to be a Dialer condition based on proleneä’s algorithms, which compare call information in conjunction with sensitivity parameters that you set and can change as needed.
The Dialer Redirection feature is set up as a SIP Redirect query to proleneä. The Dialer feature is usually provided in conjunction with LNP improves processing time, however when provided as a separate feature there is no impact to your network processing time. All calls on your network would need to be sent via a SIP redirect query to proleneä. Based on the criteria set it would determine if the call is a dialer call or a looped call and provide the correct response back to you. The response would then determine if you send to the call to Solo (dialer call), kill the call (looped call) or continue processing it through you network (conversational traffic). As long as a SIP Redirect Query can be sent no additional software or hardware is needed. We will work with you to determine the precise form of the release message.
Proleneä will also provide a geographically diverse server so you will have access to this feature at all times and because of the high volume of calls they can handle, the short duration/blast traffic would never be a problem for them. A white list is also included so if there are ANI’s that are allowed to pass through to your network, they would be. This would be for calls that resemble dialer traffic but is not.
Proleneä will also provide a free testing period, so for a few hours you would be able to see how the service works and your programmers can work through any issues on your side.
This program can become a valued added income stream and allow you to retain those customers that send dialer mixed in with retail traffic.
